All your telephony, managed from a single page
MaxiPBX was designed around one conviction: managing a company's telephony should not require a telecom specialist. The administration portal makes every routine operation — a new hire, a departure, a schedule change — achievable in just a few clicks.
Daily management without a technician
Operations that once required a service provider are now handled independently, with simple and secure forms.

A single platform can host multiple companies, each isolated with its own users, call plan and statistics.

- Proactive supervision 24/7 by our teams
Frequently asked questions
Do you need technical skills to administer MaxiPBX?
No. The portal is designed for an administrative manager or office manager: creating a user, changing an opening schedule or modifying a voice menu is done through guided forms. Technical concepts (SIP, codecs, networking) stay under the hood — and our support is there for the rest.
How do you manage a new hire or departure?
A single record creates the user with their line, applications and phone; upon departure, deactivation cuts off access and frees up the line. The operation takes just a few minutes, without a ticket to a service provider.
What does multi-tenant (multi-company) mean?
The same platform hosts multiple companies that are completely partitioned: each has its own users, call plan, directory and statistics. This is the right architecture for groups, trust companies managing multiple entities, and resellers administering their customers.
Do updates require service interruption?
No. Updates are prepared, tested and then deployed centrally by our teams, with no planned downtime: you benefit from new features and security fixes without having to think about it.
Can administration of a department or subsidiary be delegated?
Yes, the roles and permissions system allows precise delegation: a subsidiary manager administers their company, a team leader manages their queue — without access to the rest of the platform.
